From first enquiry to your final photo set, here is what to expect when you book a Wander Well tour.
From enquiry to memories
Booking a Wander Well tour is deliberately simple.
1. Send an enquiry Use the contact form or email directly. Tell us your dates, group size, and what you are hoping to experience. If you are not sure, that is fine too: we will ask the right questions.
2. Receive a tailored proposal Within 24 hours (usually sooner), you will receive a proposed itinerary, the pricing breakdown, and any recommendations specific to your dates or group.
3. Confirm and prepare Once you confirm, we handle the route planning. You handle the travel. We will send a packing and logistics note before your tour date.
4. The tour We meet at your accommodation or an agreed point. From there, the day is guided. We know when to stop, where to linger, and when to move on.
5. Your photo set Within 48 hours of the tour, you receive a curated selection of photographs from the day. Shared via a private link, downloadable in full resolution.
Cancellation and rescheduling
We understand that travel plans change. Tours cancelled with more than 48 hours notice can be rescheduled at no charge. Short-notice cancellations: please get in touch directly and we will find a fair resolution.
